Today’s Open Heaven devotional (13 February 2026) is ENLARGE YOUR COAST.
The daily devotion guide is written by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).

OPEN HEAVEN 13 FEBRUARY 2026 DEVOTIONAL TODAY
TOPIC: ENLARGE YOUR COAST
MEMORISE:
Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes;
Isaiah 54:2
READ: Genesis 13:14-17:
14 And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:
15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.
16 And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.
17 Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.
RCCG OPEN HEAVEN 13 FEBRUARY 2026 MESSAGE TODAY
In today’s Bible reading, God told Abraham to walk the length and breadth of the land He had promised him so that he could see more than what he had previously seen.
When you walk through a place, you are often able to see more than you can see while standing in one spot. The Almighty God told Abraham, “I will give you as much as you can see.” God wants to enlarge your coast, and l prophesy that before this time next year, you will be far greater than you are today, in Jesus’ name.
When some of my children told me that God had given the RCCG a 114-acre campground in the United States of America, I travelled there to see it, and I was really glad. When my children told me it was time to leave, I told them to leave me at the site with one of the vans and return to pick me up the next day.
After they left, I came out of the van at night and began to pray and thank God for the campground. It was during the cold season, and after a while, the cold became so overwhelming that I had to return to the van. After I had warmed up a bit, I returned outside, and suddenly, I heard God say, “Take a walk. Walk around the campground. The more you see, the more I will give you.” I obeyed, and today, by the grace of God, what was 114 acres is now more than 800 acres.
Also, that night, as I was walking, I saw a big house next to the campground, and God said, “Look at that house; it is yours.” The following morning, I told my children about the house, and two years later, the owner of the house put it up for sale. My children went to negotiate with him for the house, and when they agreed on a price, they told him, “Do you know that two years ago, God told our father that this house was his?” He replied, “Why didn’t you tell me since then? My wife and I have been contemplating selling this house for the past two years.”
Beloved, my God is the creator of heaven and earth, and He can give you everything He has shown you. I pray that He will enlarge your vision today and make you see beyond what you have always seen, in Jesus’ name.
ACTION POINT:
Lord, please open my eyes to see beyond my current reality so that I can truly experience Your overflowing blessings.

HYMN 52: THERE SHALL BE SHOWERS OF BLESSINGS
OPEN HEAVEN DEVOTIONAL 13 FEBRUARY 2026 COMMENTARY
MEMORISE: Isaiah 54:2
“Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations: spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes.”
This prophetic command is an instruction to prepare for expansion by faith before the expansion is visible. It requires active preparation (“enlarge,” “stretch,” “lengthen,” “strengthen”) based on God’s promise, not on present resources. It’s a call to think bigger, build bigger, and believe bigger in anticipation of the harvest and blessing God is about to bring.
BIBLE READING: Genesis 13:14-17
This passage is the covenant foundation for divine enlargement. God commands Abraham to engage his senses in the promise: “Lift up your eyes and look… walk… for I give it to you.” The promise’s scope was directly tied to Abraham’s act of seeing and walking. His obedience to “walk through the land” was an act of faith, taking possession of the promise with his feet and his vision before it was a physical reality.
The Principle of Prophetic Enlargement
Daddy Adeboye teaches that God’s desire is to “enlarge your coast.” This is not merely about material increase, but the expansion of your sphere of influence, capacity, and impact for the Kingdom. The prophecy of being “far greater… before this time next year” is anchored in this divine principle. However, this enlargement is not passive; it follows a divine pattern demonstrated in Scripture and testimony.
The Process: From Promise to Possession
The devotional outlines a critical spiritual sequence for moving from a promise to its tangible fulfillment.
1. The Divine Invitation to “Walk”
As with Abraham, God’s instruction to “walk” is a call to active, faith-filled engagement with the promise. Standing still yields a limited view. Walking the perimeter, as Daddy Adeboye did, symbolizes:
- Surveying the Possibility: Assessing the full scope of what God wants to do.
- Taking Spiritual Possession: Claiming every inch for God’s purpose through prayer and declaration.
- Expanding Your Vision: Each step reveals a new angle, a new possibility previously unseen from a stationary position.
2. The Divine Equation: Sight Leads to Inheritance
The core revelation is the principle God spoke: “The more you see, the more I will give you.”
- “Seeing” is not mere physical sight but spiritual perception—the ability to envision what God intends to do, to picture the future He has promised.
- This principle places a sacred responsibility on the believer. Your spiritual vision, fueled by God’s word and Spirit, sets the boundaries for your inheritance. A small vision limits a great God. An enlarged vision invites His limitless provision.
3. The Testimony of 114 to 800 Acres
The RCCG campground story is a modern-day Genesis 13. The process was:
- Gratitude: It began with thankful prayer for what was already given (114 acres).
- Obedience in Discomfort: He walked in the overwhelming cold—a picture of persevering faith despite adverse circumstances.
- Activated Faith: The walk was an act of faith that unlocked the “more.” The result was a multiplication of the inheritance (over 800 acres), proving that God’s “more” is exponentially beyond our initial request or understanding.
4. The Specificity of God’s Provision: The “Big House”
Beyond the general enlargement, God gave a specific, prophetic detail: “Look at that house; it is yours.” This shows that divine enlargement is both quantitative and qualitative, general and specific.
- The Test of Time: The two-year gap between the promise and the sale taught the patience of faith. God’s “now” in the spirit often requires His perfect timing in the natural.
- Divine Coordination: The owner’s coinciding desire to sell was God orchestrating circumstances to fulfill His word. The testimony confounds logic and confirms that “He can give you everything He has shown you.”
The Prayer for Enlarged Vision
The concluding prayer is the key to the entire message: “I pray that He will enlarge your vision today and make you see beyond what you have always seen.”
- The primary bottleneck to God’s enlargement is not God’s ability, but the capacity of our spiritual sight.
- We must pray for the breaking of mental and spiritual barriers, for eyes anointed to see the potential in the promise, the harvest in the field, the ministry in the misery, and the victory in the battle.
How to Apply the Principle of Enlargement
- Start with Gratitude: Thank God for your current “114 acres”—your present influence, resources, and ministry, no matter how small it seems.
- Obey the “Walk” Command: Actively engage with your promise. If it’s a ministry, serve diligently in it now. If it’s a business, plan and work as if it’s already large. “Walk it out” in practical preparation and prayer.
- Pray for Prophetic Sight: Ask God, as Elisha did for his servant (2 Kings 6:17), to open your eyes to see the spiritual reality of His promise around you. Study His Word to understand the vastness of His promises.
- Strengthen Your Stakes (Isaiah 54:2): As your vision expands, fortify your spiritual life (prayer, holiness, doctrine) and your practical systems to handle the coming increase. Prepare your “tent” for growth.
- Decree and Wait: Like Daddy Adeboye, speak what God has shown you. Then, wait with active faith, knowing God is orchestrating the “how” and the “when.”
Prayer for Enlarged Vision and Coast:
“Creator of heaven and earth, I stand on Your promise to enlarge my coast. Today, I ask first for the enlargement of my vision. Break every barrier of small thinking in my mind. Let me see my life, my ministry, and my resources through Your eyes of limitless possibility. As You open my eyes, I obey Your command to walk by faith into every area of the promise You have shown me. I thank You for what I have, but I see and claim the ‘more’ You have ordained. I strengthen my stakes in You. I prophesy that my inheritance will expand for Your glory, and I will possess every specific ‘house’ You has shown me, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.”
